Shipping policy

I. Delivery Range and Timeliness
Shipping location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Poland, covering the European Union and major countries around the world (the specific countries available for delivery will be displayed on the checkout page).
Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation. (For custom-made products or peak seasons, the shipping time may be extended and will be notified separately.)
Transportation timeliness
Within the European Union: Approximately 5-10 working days (by post/express delivery)
Non-eu regions: 10 to 25 working days (including customs clearance time)
Ii. Method of Calculating Freight Charges
The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the order weight and destination, and is displayed in real time at checkout.
Free shipping threshold: EU orders over €80 enjoy free standard shipping (subject to adjustment during promotion periods).
Iii. Customs and Taxes
Orders within the EU: VAT is included and there are no additional taxes.
International orders: Buyers need to bear the import duties/value-added tax by themselves. It is recommended to check the customs policies of the destination in advance.
Iv. Order Tracking and Problem Handling
Logistics inquiry: After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number (DHL/DPD/ post Office, etc.).
Delayed or lost package: If the package is not delivered within the expected time limit, please email to [flavwise@lookoutdoorsc.com] and provide the order number. We will assist in following up.
V. Returns and Refunds
Unshipped orders: Free cancellation and full refund within 30 days.
Shipped orders: They must be rejected or returned to the warehouse in Poland (the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer). The refund will be processed within 7 working days after inspection.
