1. Scope of policy application
    We currently do not accept any form of return or refund, including but not limited to:
    Return and exchange of goods after opening or use;
    Returns made due to personal preferences (such as color, size) or non-quality issues;
    Promotional activities or discounted items.
  2. Explanation of Exceptional cases
    If there are any liability issues such as transportation damage or wrong delivery of the goods you receive, please provide the following materials to the customer service email flavwise@lookoutdoorsc.com within 48 hours after signing for receipt:
    Order number and problem description;
    Clear photos or video evidence of damaged or erroneous goods;
    Logistics tracking number and receipt voucher.
    We will verify and then handle the exchange or compensation plan for you (excluding refunds).
  3. Exemption clause
    Due to the complex usage environment of outdoor products, we cannot be held responsible for the following situations:
    Wear and tear caused by abnormal use (such as overloading and use in extreme environments);
    Damage caused by human modification or failure to operate in accordance with the instructions.
  4. Other matters needing attention
    Please confirm that the order information (such as address and product model) is correct before submitting the payment.
    If your order is cancelled due to out-of-stock conditions, we will notify you by email and fully cancel the deduction.
